POLITICIANS' ADVICE TO RAPE VICTIMS

With the New Year just dawning we were all surprised and shocked to hear some of the latest views of our politicians on how to control the incidence of rape.

I place them below- with some interpolations by myself:

1. Girls should not wear skirts.

2. Politicians should wear them instead.

3. Girls should not go out painted and dainted.

4. Let the politicians use the paint and daint (whatever that is).

5. Girls should not go to discos.

6. Only politicians should go to discos, to dance the Twist, the Warp, and Mumbo and Jumbo.

7. Girls should not go to New Year's parties.

8. Only the politicians should go to New Year's parties as the New Year is only happy for them.
