FOUR THINGS THAT GOD DOES NOT POSSESS

A devotee of God prayed to God and said:
"O Lord! I do not have the riches or the wealth of the Kings and Emperors of the world which I can place as an offering before Thee! But I have brought four things as a gift for Thee which you do not possess!"
God: "How can I not possess anything? The entire Universe belongs to me!"
Devotee: "But, O Lord! These four things are the only things I have to offer Thee, in order to reach Thee!"
God: "And what may they be? Tell me, I am eager to know what I do not possess!"
Devotee: "These are:
"My Helplessness
"My Tears
"My Sins
"My Repentance for my sins."
And God was pleased with him and said:
"I shall convert these tears into pearls! I shall supplement thy helplessness with my Power! I shall wash away thy sins with my forgiveness! And I shall accept thy repentance and make thee pure!"
"What the wealthy and the powerful Kings and Emperors have not been able to attain with their rich offerings, I give to you for your gifts, more precious to me than any wealth of the world!"
"Truly, this day, you have attained the Kingdom of Heaven!"
