YOUR WILL OR GOD'S WILL?
================================================
From the Thoughts of HH Shri Bhola Nathji, a Great Spiritual Luminary, who gave Peace and Beatitude to countless folk during his lifetime, relieving hem of their sorrows and sufferings, and whose blessings still shower down upon us from His Celestial Plane.
=================================================
Whenever a good thought comes to you and you perform a good action-- then think of it as coming from God, as His Will.
Whenever a bad thought comes to you and you perform a bad action, then think of it as your own will.
Whenever an unselfish thought comes to you all by itself, then think of it as coming from God,
Whenever a selfish thought comes to you think of it as coming from your own Will.
Whenever help comes to you suddenly, unasked , then think of it as coming from God as His Will.
Whenever your own efforts fail to produce any results then think of it as your Will.
Think of a Kite flying in the air. It moves to the right and left and upwards and downwards and believes that it is working with its own Will. It believes it is free and can do anything.
Just then the Person who holds the string to the kite gives the string a jerk and takes it where the person wills,
And the Kite realizes it was not moving with its Will. It had been given limited freedom by the person who held the string, and who had let it go slack, so the kite thought it was moving in accordance with its own will.
But just when the Kite develops pride in itself that it is perfect in itself-- the person holding the string gives the string a jerk and takes the kite wherever he wills.
The Kite is man and his will. The Person who holds the string of the Kite is God whose Will is paramount, over and above the free will He had given the Kite.
When man goes out of hand thinking his own will is capable of doing everything, he gets a jerk from the Divine Will which brings him to his true state of helplessness and makes him realize that it was always God's Will that was Supreme, and which had given him limited freedom to use his own will.
Blessed are those who receive this "Divine Jerk" to bring them to the right path in life and death and which leads them to salvation in the World of God.
