Light a small deepak of light and you will see that it flickers as if being blown out by a wind, even though there is no apparent wind in the room.

What is that wind?

It is an evil force come to blow out the light of the lamp.

So it is that wherever true goodness, godliness and righteousness exists, the powers of evil - the asuri bal- makes its presence felt.

The asuri bal or the evil force works under the dictation of the Devil and the folk that execute its evil work are its agents upon earth.

Just like the godly people live under the light of God, the evil people live under the shadow of the Devil.

The only purpose of the agents of the Devil in life is to destroy righteousness wherever it exists, so that over the centuries that will pass, goodness will disappear from the earth and it will be inhabited by only evil folk, the agents of the Devil.

Not the least of the works of these evil folk is to destroy the Holy Places and Temples where TRUE godliness exists.

As far as the temples and so called holy places of fraudulent people, who go in the garb of holy men, are concerned, the Devil sees to it that these prosper and that multitudes throng to them.

There was an Urdu Song written by my Father, HH Shri Bhola Nathji, who was the Godliest personality the world had ever seen. I sang it with a heavy heart, knowing its full purport.

"NAAMO NISHAAN NA POOCCHO

MERAA NISHAAN KAHAAN HAI"

"DO NOT ASK ME OF MY NAME AND EXISTENCE ,

YOU SHALL NOT FIND ME ANYWHERE"

"VO JO BECHTE TTHE DAVAAYE DIL

VO DUKAAN APNI HATAA GAYE"

"THOSE WHO SOLD A CURE FOR THE SOUL,

CLOSED THEIR SHOP AND WENT AWAY"

But he would also add:

"TRUTH CRUSHED INTO THE GROUND

SHALL RISE AGAIN!"

HOW FORTUNATE ARE THOSE FEW WHO HAVE BEEN ATTACHED TO HIM AND HOW EVEN MORE FORTUNATE THOSE WHO HAVE ACTUALLY SEEN HIM AND RECOGNISED HIS DIVINITY WHEN HE WAS UPON THE PLANET EARTH, AND SHARED IN HIS WORK.

IF THE POWERS OF EVIL ARE BENT UPON DESTROYING THE NAME AND EXISTENCE OF GOD, THEN THE GENUINE DEVOTEES WILL LEAVE NO STONE UNTURNED TO PRESERVE HIS NAME AND EXISTENCE UPON EARTH.

HE IS TESTING US, THAT IS ALL, TO FIND OUT WHO IS REALLY PAINED OR NOT, OTHERWISE HE CAN HIMSELF VANQUISH THE POWERS OF EVIL IF HE SO WILLS .
