"Leave your troubles before Him, who troubles over you.
He knows even those things of your life which you do not understand. For your own good He walks with you awhile and sometimes forces you to walk with Him. He wishes to convert you to Himself.
"He wishes to efface the limits you have placed upon yourself and make you limitless. That is why he must, at times, overrule your ambitions and place before you something nearer to His heart’s desire.
"In doing so He does not destroy your hopes. If He destroys, it is only to build in a better way. He worries over your bodily needs, but at the same time He does not forget your Soul.
He burns the oil and the wick only so that there may be light."
