THIS IS HOW HE LEFT

THIS IS HOW HE LEFT
Today is a sad day for me, when one of my greatest friends and one of the greatest devotees of my father, HH Shri Bhola Nathji (1902-1992) left for his Heavenly Abode of Nath in the Heavens.
His name is Ramesh Kapahi, the youngest of the four Kapahi brothers, living in New Delhi. He had braved death in many severe illnesses and bounced back into life again through his Faith in HH Shri Bhola Nathji, who he always regarded as the only God he ever knew.
While alive his Faith in HH Shri Nathji was so strong that not even the gravest of crises or severest of illnesses could shake it.
He lived, smiling, passing through all phases of life with the name of "Nathji" on his lips, and when he left the world it was with that same smile, and with the name of Nathji on his lips, knowing that it was Shri Nathji who had come to take him to his abode and it was not death.
His Father, Shri Charan Dasji, who also lived and died with the name of HH Shri Nathji on his lips would frequently sing this hymn he had composed on HH Shri Nathji, and it was while singing that hymn that he left the physical world and attained salvation in his Master's Abode:
"Come aboard all who will,
Our Nathji has built a ship to take you across!"
Yes, this ocean of Life and Death is such that human beings need a Pilot who can take them across. So that while they live, they can live peacefully on the strength of their Faith, and when they leave, they can do so with equal equanimity on the strength of their Faith.
It is matter of great consolation that all the devotees of HH Shri Bhola Nathji who lived and left the world, did so with the same peace and love which was placed in their hearts by their beloved Master and their God, HH Shri Nathji. And it is a matter of certainty that they are now together with their God, in the heaven in which he resides.
And this is their song:
"Let my last breath be spent at Thy Feet, O Lord,
This is my only desire my only wish in life!"
What a wonderful thing it is to die with the name and remembrance of God on your lips. Death is no longer Death, but rather the Lord Himself, who comes to take you in his arms to his Heavenly Abode.
