Shri Nathji's simple unostentatious manner of living made it very
difficult for people to know where he was at any particular time, as he
did not indulge in the fanfare of large groups of followers or
advertised his movements. His simple style of living in a two bedroomed
rented house in New Delhi was a symbol of his characteristic humility.
The year was 1992. A young advocate Shri Chauhan in New Delhi came to his house for his darshan along with a lady from Ireland, Janiee Mcbride.
Apparently Chauhan had been showing her the city of Delhi when she asked him whether he knew of any Real Spiritual Leader In Delhi.
Chauhan brought him to the only real spiritual preceptor he had met and that was HH Shri Bhola Nathji.
The visitors meet Shri Nathji in the bedroom where Shri Nathji sits up in bed in his orange-yellow kerchief and sweater.
Shri Nathji speaks to them powerfully for about
15 minutes on the theme:
“Live Peacefully.
Leave Peacefully.
Live forever Peacefully.
And never come back to the world.”
"These are the four most important edicts of
spirituality as visualised by all the religions
of the world."
Priya Nath manages to record a good part of the lecture on video film.
The lady from Ireland then says to Shri Bhola Nathji with tears in her eyes:
“THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE THAT I AM MEETING YOU - BUT FOR SOME STRANGE REASON I FEEL THAT IT WAS YOUR PRESENCE THAT HAD BEEN PROTECTING ME ON MY WORLD TOUR ALONE! .
"Now that I am meeting you, I can feel it WAS you, who
were protecting me all along!”
Priya Nath said to her:
“Your meeting Him finally is the
culminating point of your journey!”
She went away greatly touched,
This was the manner in which Shri Nathji met total strangers and converted them in a single glance, filling them with peace and happiness which they had not felt before in life and which was to remain with them for the rest of their lives.
