THE UNFAITHFULNESS OF THE WORLD

THE UNFAITHFULNESS OF THE WORLD
==============================================
From the thoughts of the Great Spiritual Luminary, HH Shri Bhola Nathji, who gave peace and beatitude to countless souls in life and relieved them of their sorrows and sufferings, and in whom people saw God, even though he called himself in all humility, the Servant of the Earth
==============================================
"Blow, blow, thou winter wind,
Thou art not so unkind as man's ingratitude."
Do not expect faithfulness and loyalty from the people of the world, because they themselves do not know how they are going to change the next moment.
No one in the world can predict what thought is going to come into his mind the next moment.
The moment you correct someone, even your best friend keeps the grudge in his mind. No one likes to listen to his own mistakes, no one likes to have his faults pointed out, not even by his Master. Their ego comes in the way.
You gradually notice a change in their attitude, a coldness in their words, a lack of the original affection or devotion or love.
Even as the season's change, Summer changes to Autumn and Autumn to Winter, so does human nature change.
Even your own body is disloyal to you when it betrays you by falling ill and eventually taking you to Death.
So it was that His Holiness Shri Babaji Bhagwan, the father of HH Shri Bhola Nathji, left behind this sheet of paper on which he had written in Persian in a state of disillusionment with the people of the world:
"The promises of worldly men are a deception,
They are wrong, this night is wrong, tomorrow night is wrong,
Ask me not of the dictionary of my life,
I am wrong, my grammar wrong, my spelling wrong!"
Indeed the Great Holy Personalities, Enlightened Souls and Avatars had eventually come to this conclusion that their message was never completely accepted by the people of the world, and whatever they said or did for the world was "wrong" in the eyes of the world-- which continued with its bad old ways.
Evil was repeatedly vanquished but it inevitably rose again over the ages until it became embedded in the minds of people.
HH Shri Babaji Bhagwan also wrote:
"I came into this world to sell my wares,
But, Alas! it was my destiny to sell for a fallen price,
For I had come to sell mirrors in the city of the blind."
HIS LAST EXEMPLARY WORDS WERE:
"THE INK ON THIS PAPER SHALL REMAIN, ALWAYS,
BUT THE WRITER SHALL BE GONE FROM THE WORLD."
