THE QAWWALI TO TAKE AWAY ONE'S FEARS

THE QAWWALI TO TAKE AWAY ONE'S FEARS
============================
The year was January 21, 1992.
HH Shri Bhola Nathji, my father, was celebrating the birthday of his father, my grandfather, HH Shri Babaji Bhagwan.
The singers of these Urdu Verses were Qawals called from the Nizamuddin Area in New Delhi. They were ordinary people at the time, but soon after they began to sing in front of HH Shri Bhola Nathji they became famous singers known all over India.
Shri Nathji's Face and Countenance instantly took on a radiance and divine light which exuded from him whenever such devotional songs were sung in front of him.
This was the spirited Qawwali they sang in front of HH Shri Bhola Nathji.
HAM HAIN SARE DARBAAR TO PHIR DAR KAAHEKAA
When we are sitting under Thy Refuge there is no fear of anything.
JAB SAAMNE HAIN SARKAR TO PHIR DAR KAAHEKAA
When the Lord is before us there can be no fear left
AANE VAALE KAL KI KYON MAIN FIKAR KAROON
Why should I worry about what is to come tomorrow?
JAB AAP HAIN PAALAN HAAR, TO PHIR DAR KAAHEKAA,
When Thou art the preserver then no fear can be left
CHAARON DISHAAYEN APNI HEE JAGEER MEN HAIN
All the four corners of the world are in our treasury,
JAB INKAA HAI SANSAAR TO PHIR DAR KAAHEKAA
When the whole world belongs to him then there can be no fear left.
KAUN HAI AB MERE SAAMNE AANE VAALAA
Who is there who would come in my way now?
NATH BABA HAI LAAJ BACHAANE VAALE TO PHIR DAR KAAHEKAA
When Nath, the Lord, is there to save me, so
why should there be any fear”
