NEW LIFE TO OLD LADY THROUGH FAITH

There was a time in 1937 when Shri Nathji was in Mussoorie. A certain Bery Family from Calcutta used to come for his blessings. Mrs. Bery in particular had great faith in HH Shri Nathji.

There came a day when she fell seriously ill in the small city. She was admitted to the City Hospital there.
Shri Nathji was walking on the Mall Road when he met Dr. Bucher from the City Hospital who said to her:
"Mrs. Bery is very very ill. An operation is in the offfing!"
Mrs. Bery though worried about the operation, was filled with equanimity at the thought of Shri Nathji protecting her, as she was taken into the operation theatre.
Once inside the operation Theatre, she later said that she saw Shri Nathji standing inside and smiling at her and saying: "Mrs. Bery! There is nothing wrong with you!" And then he disappeared.
The doctors gathered around her, and examined her carefully and then said unanimously: " There is no need for an operation!"
Later the Bery family came to thank Shri Nathji at his residence and said to him: "We had heard of such cures being carried out by the rishes and maharishis of ancient times, but this is the first time we have witnessed it ourselves!"
And Shri Nathji said with his usual humility:
"It was all due to your great fath!"
