• There was a time in Mussoorie, India, in the 1930's when HH Shri Nathji went to give his blessings to a certain Dr. Paranjpaye who was the Vice Chancellor of Lucknow University.
• The man was an atheist and apparently did not like the idea of being "blessed" by a Holy Person, and said something sarcastic to that effect.
• Many months later there was an earthquake in Lucknow where the man lived.
• A friend of his told HH Shri Nathji: "Sire! You know what Dr. Paranjpaye said when the earthquake hit his house? He said: 'Good God', and ran out of his house!"
• Shri Nathji laughed and said:
• "The Good God was already within him. It took the rocking of an earthquake to bring Him out!!"
