WHEN GOD LAUGHS

"When the world trembles with the sounds of my song and dance,
I look upon it and sway with joyous laughter!"
Call it the Shiv Tandav Dance if you will. The Dance of Lord Shanker, which can bring new life to the world or which can herald the end of the world.
But apart from this, there are two occasions upon earth where God has a good laugh:
(1) The first is when two brothers quarrel with each other over a piece of land, each saying: "This land belongs to me!"
God says: "It belongs neither to the first brother, nor to the second brother. This land belongs to ME!"
(2) The second occasion is when an eminent doctor sits by the bedside of his patient and tells him:
"Take this pill, and it will save you from Death!"
God laughs at the doctor and says to him:
"Doctor! How can you save anyone from Death when I am not going to spare even you!"
