GOD LAUGHS ON TWO OCCASIONS
We have created such a serious image of God in our hearts that we cannot even imagine Him laughing!
After all. it was He who gave man the ability to laugh and therefore He can be rightly called the Creator of Laughter as well.
It is said that God laughs on two occasions:
(1) The first is when two brothers quarrel over the land or property that they both say they own.
Each brother says: "This land belongs to me!"
God looks at them squabbling over the land and says:
"This land is neither yours nor yours, This land belongs to ME!"
(2) The second time that God is said to laugh is when an eminent doctor sits by the bedside of a patient and says:
"Take this medicine and you will be saved from death!"
God laughs and says:
"O Doctor! How can you save him -when I am not going to spare even you!"
