"HE WEEPS, O HOW HE WEEPS FOR THEE!!"

April 11

Thoughts of HH Shri Bhola Nathji (1902-1992)
(Founder of the World Prayer Day for Peace)

Thou hast seen the desires of this world and the sorrows and joys that are its companions.

Turn now towards Him, Who stays awake for thee day and night.
The Stars that twinkle in the skies are His glimmering tears shed for His love for thee. The tremulous ocean is His sorrowful Heart.

The waxing and the waning of the moon, His hopes and despairs for thee.

The fire of separation that consumes Him is revealed in the fire of the Sun.

In the morning, when thou seest the shiny drops of dew on the petals of a flower, think of them as another form of His tears, shed for thee.

He weeps! O, How He weeps for thee!

Rivers carry away the water from His eyes. He awaits thee, and His vigil is as the vigil of the lonely Himalayas. The mighty peaks soar upwards in search of thee. He awaits thee, and burns in the fire of this separation.

Learn to love Him, If He doth burn like the flame, then do you burn in Him, like the moth.
