SON BROUGHT BACK TO LIFE

SON BROUGHT BACK TO LIFE
===================================================
From the memoirs of HH Shri Bhola Nathji (1902-1992) a Great Spiritual Luminary of His time.
===================================================
It was Lucknow and the time was in the 1930's. Those were the days when few people in India had cars and even the elite and fashionable preferred to ride on motorcycles.
There was a famed socialite of Lucknow, Raja Jagat, a young and dashing prince, who would ride around on his fancy motorcycle and even take long rides on it to the outskirts of the city.
One evening he went out on a ride and did not return. The crashed motor cycle and his body were found by the roadside in the early hours of the morning.
He was rushed to King George's Medical College, which was the best in the city. Doctors gave up all hope when they saw the body. It was already cold. They tried everything they could to revive him, but had no hope.
Word got around that Raja Jagat was in the hospital and had died, and soon there was a crowd of friends and relatives gathered there. The Mother wept very loudly on seeing the body of her son.
Amongst the friends was Mr. R.R. Khanna who was the Registrar of the Lucknow University.
HH Shri Bhola Nathji was staying as a guest in his home for a few days. RR Khanna had great faith and devotion in HH Shri Nathji and looked upon him as God.
He met the weeping mother of the young man and said to her:
"Mataji! I know a place where your son can get new life again!"
And very shortly RR Khanna had brought the mother to HH Shri Nathji .
The Mother, who was known as the Rajmata, Queen-mother, fell down at HH Shri Nathji's feet and began to weep, while Khanna narrated what had happened.
Shri Nathji sat in silence while the mother wept her heart out.
And then suddenly HH Shri Nathji said to her:
"Mataji! Do you feel a peace flooding your heart?"
"Yes!" said the surprised mother, "yes!"
And Shri Nathji said: "What mother would feel at peace if her son was dead?"
"Go! Your son is alive!" Shri Nathji added.
The mother and Khanna rushed to the hospital and found the doctors congratulating each other on reviving a body that was already cold when brought to the hospital!!
It was one of the many miracles of HH Shri Bhola Nathji, to which he attached no importance nor allowed any publicity to be given to them. He would often say:
"Speak not to me of miracles,
For I have left miracles behind!"
