"THOU ART THE BEGINNINGS OF LOVE,
AND THOU ART THE LIMITS OF BEAUTY"
=====================================================
These are preserved, old portraits of HH Shri Bhola Nathji (1902-1992) which mark him out as the Handsomest Being in the World.
But his beauty was not simply ordinary physical beauty, a perfection of features never seen before, it was, in fact, Divine Beauty, which showed at once that he was different from any other mortal upon earth.
His Absolute Love and Compassion and His enduring Humility portrayed Him as a Divine Being come upon earth for the salvation of humanity.
People had just to look upon him and all their worries in life appeared to vanish, while their hearts were filled with an unfathomable Divine Bliss, which no worldly happiness could ever match.
People would break out into tears when they first set sight upon him and would part with tears in their eyes, as if he were their greatest and nearest loved one.
He called himself: "The Servant of the Earth" and gave peace and beatitude to countless folk who came to him during his lifetime.
Time came to a standstill when they were before him.
He would often say:
"Where God exists,
Time Does not Exist!"
There was a Qawwal, a singer of Urdu Verse, who sat before him and sang this Verse as a Homage to him:
"Ishq ki iptadaa bhee tum,
Husn ki intahaa bhee tum,
Raihne do Raaz khul gayaa
Bande bhi tum Khudaa bhee tum"
"Thou art the Beginnings of Love,
And Thou the Limits of Beauty!
Let it be! The Secret must out--
Thou art man and Thou art God!"
