SHRI NATHJI ORDERS THE CLOUDS

 SHRI NATHJI ORDERS THE CLOUDS

========================
FROM THE MEMOIRS OF HH SHRI BHOLA NATHJI
THE GREAT SPIRITUAL LUMINARY WHO GAVE PEACE AND BEATITUDE TO COUNTLESS FOLK DURING HIS LIFETIME
RELIEVING THEM OF THEIR ILLS AND SORROWS AND WHO
HELPS US AND GUIDES US FROM HIS CELESTIAL PLANE EVEN TODAY.
===========================================
The year was 1945 and Shri Nathji was in the small city of Mussoorie, living in an isolated area on top of a hilltop on Camel's Back Road, in a place called Shadi Bhavan.
It was his Birthday being held in the small lawn of his house in the open on the 23rd of June , 1945.
As his lecture was in progress to the gathering outside, dark clouds gathered in the clouds and began to rumble, while lightning flashed through them.
There were some amongst the gathering who made as if to leave, but Shri Nathji said to them:
"Stay! you are afraid of the rain and leaving. But remember we are here to take the name of God, The clouds in the skies have come in obedience with the laws of God.
"So if the clouds are not afraid to do their work why should we be afraid to take the name of God for fear of the clouds?
"And what if you get wet in the rain while walking home?"
Not a single person got up and left.
And though the clouds thundered and rumbled-- not a single drop of rain fell.
It was a miracle for all gathered there who had invariably seen rain on June 23rd, the start of the monsoons in the hills.
They never forgot that day when Shri Nathji had ordered the clouds to not to rain and not a single drop of rain had fallen.
Shri Nathji's verse was echoing in the hearts of people:
"Nature ke laws saare aihkaam hain hamaare
Kyaa meher kyaa sitaare hain maante ishaare"
"The laws of Nature are but a whim of mine
The Sun and the stars move in obedience to my Will"
